This workshop will be a discussion of what to look for when considering a franchise. Special focus will be on what it takes to be successful within the franchise concept as well as what is necessary to become a multi-franchise owner.

Phillip Binderman, Senior SCORE Counselor, has extensive experience in franchising. He has worked for some of the largest franchisers including Subway, McDonald’s and Baskin Robbins. He has both assisted prospective franchisees in their decision making process as well as recruiting, selecting and training them. Mr. Binderman has also worked with franchise operators in building a management team and improving their operations.
